Avio-Diepen and PECO Inc. signed distribution agreement

Alphen aan den Rijn, March 31, 2008 -- Avio-Diepen is proud to announce they recently signed a distribution agreement with OECO, Inc. This agreement will provide customers with aftermarket support and availability on PECO PMA products, licensed through The Boeing Company. Avio-Diepen has been selected exclusive stocking distributor for the Americas, including foreign purchasing offices located there. With this new addition Avio-Diepen is yet again strengthening its position within the PMA market and moreover its leading position within the Interior market.

Products

The agreement will involve sales support and product marketing of Passenger Service Units (PSUs), Impact Resistant Fuel Access Doors and Air Diffuser parts to Airlines and MROs. PECO products have applications on the entire Boeing fleet. In close cooperation with our customers we will be actively seeking to increase our product portfolio for future applications. These PMA products have been obtained by identicality per the licensing agreement between PECO and The Boeing Company.
