Donaldson Company appoints Avio-Diepen as distributor

DONALDSON COMPANY, Inc. has taken important strategic steps towards building a complete filtration product portfolio, increasing customer satisfaction and optimizing its distribution channels.

The earlier announced acquisition of Western Filter Corp of Valencia, CA has now been followed by the appointment effective 01st July 2009 of AVIO-DIEPEN as its stocking distributor for Commercial Aerospace Products for part of Europe, all Africa, all the Middle East and parts of Asia Pacific for the product lines of Donaldson Company, Inc.(FSCM: 18265) and Le Bozec Filtration & Systems (FSCM: F0218). The Western Filter product line (FSCM: 13520 and 14818) will be distributed by Avio-Diepen for the entire EMEA and Asia regions.
