Meet our CEO| Mr. Vincent van Campen

 Introduction:   Vincent has been the president and CEO of Avio-Diepen, since 1991. Vincent, "I am fortunate to have lead a team that has grown from a company of 35 people targeting the European aerospace market to a globally established brand with over 200 international professionals and still growing." 
Education: Vincent graduated in Law from Rijks Universiteit Groningen and followed various courses such as Leadership in European Aerospace.
Previous positions: After graduation Vincent started his career in the banking sector.
After a few years he joined Fokker Space Division as the Marketing and Contract Officer.
In the early eighties he switched to Fokker Aircraft and became Director of Purchasing.
During the second half of the eighties he became a member of the management team of Fokker Schiphol and established a new business unit dedicated to repair of aircraft components.
As of February 1991, Vincent was appointed Managing Director by the Board of NV Koninklijke vliegtuigenfabriek Fokker and continued in this capacity until and after arranging the Management Buy Out of Avio-Diepen from Fokker Aircraft in 1995.

Meet our COO| Mr. Erik Krol

 Introduction: Erik was appointed as Chief Operating Officer on April 1st, 2012 and thereafter became a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for three Operating Companies based in Atlanta, Alphen a/d Rijn and Hong-Kong. Erik, "I am responsible for Sales and Operations as well as some corporate functions like
Marketing & Communications and Forecasting & Inventory Management. I am a true believer of continuous improvement as a policy and culture".

Education: Erik graduated (MSc) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the field of Business Economics. During his career he has been educated on LEAN principles. 

Previous positions: Erik held several positions in sales, operations, finance and general management in aerospace organizations in the Netherlands and Hungary. He also has experience in the area of distribution, engine MRO and engine sheet metal manufacturing.

Meet our VP Corporate HR & Organization| Ms. Nicky Haasnoot

 Introduction: Nicky was appointed as VP of Corporate Human Resources & Organization on June 1, 2006 after which she became a member of the Board of Directors. She is accountable for the overall provisioning of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company which are intended to lead to an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Education: Nicky graduated with an MBA and followed many courses in the financial field, organization and leadership, and culture and change management as well. 
Previous positions: After graduating Nicky worked for Rabobank for 12 years in different management positions and financial planning jobs, as well in recruitment, consultancy and project management.

Meet our CFO| Mr. Rodolph Italianer

Introduction: Rodolph was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on June 1, 2011 and subsequently became a member of the Board of Directors. Rodolph, "My responsibilities include accounting and controlling, corporate finance, treasury, tax and risk management. Next to my financial responsibilities I am also in charge of ICT for Avio-Diepen, combining both roles gives me the unique possibility to invest in growth and innovations within
Avio-Diepen."
Education: Rodolph graduated from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen with a Master in Business Economics. He has a wealth of experience in the financial field in B2C as well as B2B.
Previous positions: Rodolph started his career with international beer brewer Heineken. He worked for Heineken for 16 years in 7 different functions including CFO of Heineken USA and Finance Director for North-West Europe. Thereafter he worked for three years with Teleplan, a global provider of after sales services in the consumer electronics, in the capacity of Finance Director Global Notebooks and PC’s.
