Assistant / Logistics Employee

(Based Hong Kong)

Responsibilities責任:

  • Handle full spectrum of shipping documentation處理全套發貨文件
  • Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, shipping companies and third-party logistics providers與代理商,貨運公司和第三方物流供應商聯繫和協調
  • Handle order processing, fulfilment and timely delivery to customers including storage, packaging and tagging of goods訂單處理,履行和及時交付給客戶,包括貨物的存儲 (收貨、理貨、分貨),包裝和標籤
  • Communicate status of shipping/receiving activities to management and business units將運輸/接收活動的狀態告知管理和業務部門

 


Requirements要求 :

  • Form 5 or above中5程度或以上
  • Logistics Management or equivalent experience or similar 物流管理或相關或相同經驗
  • Good command of both English and Chinese including Mandarin良好讀寫中、英文能力,包括普通話
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in logistics management in a warehouse  (experience in aviation industry will be an advantage) 最少3年物流管理相關倉務工作經驗 (具航空業經驗為佳)
  • Outdoor / physical work is necessary 需要戶外/勞動工作
  • Strong computer skills 具基本電腦知識, 懂電腦操作 
  • Can-do attitude, hardworking and willing to learn良好工作態度,勤奮和樂於學習
  • Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Logistic Employee經驗較少者會考慮助理物流員
